My uniform is professional and appropriate for the workplace and I have never received any complaints about it. Your coworkers will probably notice your “uniform” but won’t say anything as long as it’s well-maintained and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor. I just had one co-worker try to make me laugh about it and comment that I always wear the same thing, to which I replied, “Yes.” I’m not here to impress you, so my work uniform looks as good as possible. But get me out of here and I guarantee my outfit will put what you’re wearing to shame. This quickly silenced him and one of my other coworkers burst out laughing.
